Worked directly with hearing officers, judges, attorneys, state officials, probation and welfare representatives. Handled case management of 100 clients; provided employment services, helped clients comply with payment collection. Recognized with letters of achievement from MDRC, the federal government research agency. Program advanced from a pilot project to a permanent program.
